Campaign Story

The project seeks to provide economic and financial stability at household level through entrepreneurship, financial literacy and enterprise development. 100 women will be empowered and supported to build sustainable enterprises to tackle the decline in household income levels due to reduced economic activities and empower women suffering from increased tensions in the home and increased incidents of domestic violence.

The project aims to build the resilience of women and empower them with business management and financial literacy skills to enable them to set up sustainable income generating ventures. The women receive coaching and support to ensure success. They hope that with increased household income, the domestic disputes will be contained and families can afford education, health and general welfare, lifting them from poverty.
